Speccy Report: Hope This Report might help to solve my actual issues. Hi Karan, Thank you for posting your issue on Microsoft Community forums. I appreciate you for providing a detailed information on the issue. However, I would like to know some more information to narrow down the issue and provide you with better assistance.
Since when are you having an issue with the graphics? Did you make any significant hardware or software changes to the computer prior to this issue?. Are you able to boot your computer to the desktop successfully?
Ideally, the default VGA drivers get updated themselves. So I would suggest you to update the graphics driver from the Device Manager of you are able to boot your computer normally. Please refer to the following steps:. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager. None of that info gives any clue to the motherboard other than the fact that it is an Intel '775' board.
Model info is generally found in between the PCI slots or between memory and CPU or the other side of the memory. If the motherboard is inside a computer like an HP, Dell or whatever, it will not show the same info as a similar model motherboard bought from a computer parts store. Info on the former will be a paper label, and for the latter will be etched into the motherboard.
We also need to know if the video card is integrated or is a separate unit in the PCIe slot. There is a utility called Speccy which can give up some of the info. It is free for home use, btw. The Intel website has the capability to scan your system and download appropriate drivers. Click on the Update drivers button. If it doesn't work, you will need to use Speccy and the info I gave you to find the model and enter the info manually into the Intel website. If your computer is an HP or Dell or whatever, you should go to the computer manufacturer driver support pages.
